About Costco Food Court

Located at 976 3rd Ave #318b, Brooklyn, NY 11232, Costco Food Court operates as a food court serving Brooklyn in New York. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

These businesses tend to have short hours built around lunch and early dinner rather than late-night service, so checking the listed hours before heading out in Brooklyn saves a wasted trip. Seating is often limited or first-come, and many locations lean toward takeout or delivery rather than dining in. Prices are generally lower than full-service restaurants in the same category, which makes this group a reliable option for a fast, inexpensive meal across New York. Portions can be smaller at food-court counters than at a stand-alone restaurant, so ordering two items is common for a full meal. Many of these businesses are independently owned even inside a shared food hall, so hours, accepted payment methods and whether a counter takes online orders can differ from stall to stall within the same building.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 10 am–8:30 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (718) 965-8800. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is costco.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

On Google it holds a rating of 4.3 out of 5 from 861 reviews, which is a strong result for a food court in Brooklyn and suggests consistent service.

Brooklyn is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Brooklyn follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

We visited the Brooklyn Costco on June 23 2026 with our family. We usually buy several cases of Poland Spring gallon water, but when we arrived, it was completely out of stock. We asked an employee named Nomi (I apologize if I spelled the name incorrectly), and they went above and beyond to help us. They found the water for us, brought it out, and even helped load it into our cart. We are truly grateful for such outstanding customer service. It’s rare to meet employees who genuinely care about helping customers the way Nomi did. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a big difference to our family. Thank you, Nomi, for your excellent service. Costco is fortunate to have an employee like you!

If you know you know, the pizza is 10$ for a whole pie, buck 50 for a hotdog the size of a baby's leg. But on the weekends you could end up waiting an hour for the pizza every one orders a pizza goes shopping and picks it up, so if you visit, order your pizza first than come back in 30 minutes to 1 hour, it's packed obviously.

Ordered a pizza (and generally) goes by an order number for pickup, which is printed on the receipt when you pay at the kiosk. Ordered via the kiosk before shopping and pick it up on the way out (hour after), I showed my ticketed number at the pick up window and Genesis said that we don't go by order number anymore and made me wait on line for my order. Did Costco really do away with order numbers?

I had a very disappointing experience at Costco today. The cashier was extremely rude and spoke to me in a very disrespectful tone. I am a regular Costco customer and I know the store rules well, but instead of calmly explaining something, she immediately started arguing with me just because I didn’t hear her the first time. What bothered me the most is that she was speaking politely to other customers, but treated me completely differently. That kind of behavior is unacceptable and made the whole shopping experience very uncomfortable. Costco is known for great customer service, but this interaction was the opposite. I hope management reviews this situation and reminds employees that all customers should be treated with the same respect.
